Parties who are not represented or have inexperienced counsel may not be completely aware of what is happening.  I believe that part of fairness is understanding both the process and the outcome. I will strive to make rulings that are reasonable, equitable, and clearly understood.  My goal is to make everyone believe that they had a fair chance to present their case before an unbiased judge even if they disagree with the outcome.”
